Thank you for supporting Zoomies Funny Farm. As a nonprofit organization, the majority of our products are produced on demand and sold to raise funds in support of our mission to serve animals in need. For this reason:
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances.
Exemption Policy for Defects or Errors
We understand that mistakes or manufacturing defects may occasionally occur. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exemption under the following conditions:
- All exemption requests must be submitted in writing to info@zoomiesfunnyfarm.org within 2 business days of receiving the product.
- Requests must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or error.
- If approved, returns must be postmarked and shipped within 2 business days of receiving approval, excluding weekends and holidays.
- No refund will be issued unless the returned item is received in good condition by Zoomies Funny Farm.
Important Notes
- All approved returns are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- No exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
Why All Sales Are Final
Our products are primarily produced on demand, meaning they are made specifically for your order. Proceeds from every sale help fund veterinary care, rescue operations, and animal welfare programs through Zoomies Funny Farm, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
